I stumbled across Yoga dancing with Megha and her amazing 'Let your yoga dance' classes when on a vacation in the US. As soon as I had done one class I had that amazing feeling of 'I have found my tribe.'
I had done Yoga on and off (more off than on!) for a number of years and although I loved the philosophy I had always found it hard to persist with the practice as I am rather inflexible and always felt I was not doing it as well as those people who seemed to have bendy bodies!
With Yoga dance I found a way to exercise my body whilst still having a chance to expand my flexibility without really noticing that Im doing that. Its exercise without the effort.
