Generally classes run every fortnight with a few exceptions-so best to check before you set off!
The classes that I run in Watford take place in a beautiful space called the Karl Koenig Hall at the Delrow Community-a camphill village trust community near Aldenham, Summerhouse Lane. We are very lucky to have such a beautiful space to use for our yogadance and we appreciate the space. there are double doors which open out onto a beautiful lawn with trees behind it. Sometimes when it is warm enough we dance out there for some of our songs.
Delrow is a community for adults who have learning difficulties. Many of the participants are residents at the community, some are members of staff and some are relatives. We welcome all people from the community to join us.
The classes take place every fortnight on a Wednesday but not on the first Wednesday of the month when there is a private event for the residents.

Classes are currently free of charge although donations towards electricity costs are welcome and there may be a small charge of £5 in the future. Concessions would then be available for unemployed, low income, over 60s and students.
